Job Description: • Analyze and identify changing enterprise cost and labor market conditions, talent trends. • Pull together proprietary and publicly available data sets for insights and guidance. • Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content. • Demonstrate thought leadership in research positions on labor costs and trends. • Engage with clients and prospects to provide actionable advice. • Create and deliver presentation materials for events and briefings. • Attend industry conferences as needed. • Collaborate effectively with peers in the research community. Requirements: • Bachelors degree and 12 + years of relevant field or industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in econometric and statistical modeling. • Superior analytical skills including applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns. • Strong knowledge of publicly available data sets for hiring and labor market assessment. • Experience advising and working with senior leaders. • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multicultural global team. • Demonstrated executive presence with C-level executives. • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Learning agile and adept at navigating highly matrixed environments. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
