Job Description: • Create unique, thought provoking content and advice for Gartner C-level clients • Demonstrate strong thought leadership • Develop new ideas and indispensable insights • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify the root causes of client barriers • Research and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights • Support sales activities and engage with clients regularly • Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner insights • Mentor and coach junior team members Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of experience at the intersection of Tech and Business • Extensive experience in consulting organizations, service providers or technology vendors • Deep understanding of the emerging technologies landscape, especially AI • Demonstrated AI literacy, including hands-on ability to work with Generative AI platforms • Expertise in re-engineering the innovation pipeline • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Exceptional communication and analytical skills • Strong business and financial acumen Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year • Generous PTO • Opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount
