Position Summary We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused account manager who will own a book of business, manage client relationships, and ensure long-term satisfaction and renewals. This person will oversee the full scope of marketing services provided to their clients, with a special focus on running, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns. The right candidate thrives on problem-solving, building trust, and keeping clients happy with measurable results. This role requires staying up to date on the evolving dental marketing landscape and ensuring clients view Gargle as a trusted partner in growing their practices. Responsibilities • Maintain and manage a portfolio of client accounts • Own the Paid Ads campaigns/results for assigned clients • Oversee all Gargle products/services(need a strong understanding of Google Ad and Meta ads) being used by clients and ensure they are delivering value • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and transparency • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and renewal across accounts • Provide performance insights and recommendations to clients • Stay updated on industry and dental marketing trends to provide clients with relevant strategies • Document client activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or other internal systems) Skills • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube campaigns) • Strong communication and presentation skills with clients • Ownership mentality takes initiative and accountability for client success • Organizational and time management skills • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations • Ability to manage multiple client priorities with attention to detail • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts beyond ads (SEO, social, websites, etc.) is a plus Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of experience managing digital ads, ideally with Google Ads • Strong background in client-facing account management • B2B or service industry experience preferred • High school diploma or GED required • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work from Gargles Lehi office at least three days per week (remote considered for out-of-state candidates with strong experience) Preferred Qualifications • Dental or healthcare industry marketing experience • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Google Ads certification(s) • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms • Experience working in an agency Position Benefits • Hybrid workplace or Remote (out-of-state) model • Unlimited DTO (Discretionary Time Off) • Health insurance (employer-paid) • Disability insurance long-term/short-term (employer-paid) • Life insurance (employer-paid) • 401K plan with match • Optional Flexible Spending Account • Optional Dental and Vision Insurance • Optional Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance • Wellness Reimbursement Program
