Job Summary of In-Store Sales Associate: As a In-Store Sales Associate, you are a valuable team player integral to bringing our brand to life for our customers, fostering engagement and connections. Your primary role involves engaging with customers and providing exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty. With your expertise in product knowledge, you can educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers in putting together stylish ensembles. By collaborating with your leadership team, you will work towards providing customers with a best-in-class shopping experience using a unified omni-channel strategy. Responsibilities of In-Store Sales Associate: • Show consideration to both clients and colleagues, playing a role in promoting a positive work environment. • Build customer allegiance by educating clients on how they can benefit from participating in our loyalty schemes. • Establish connections with clients and employ suggestive selling tactics to drive sales and enhance service efficiency. • Enhance the overall customer journey by harnessing the power of omnichannel services. • Take ownership of personal targets that are instrumental in realizing the store's goals and performance. • Provide help where needed, whether it be on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms, at the cash register, or in the back of the store. • Keep your work area in a neat and organized state to enhance your efficiency. • Deal with all customer engagement and return concerns in a courteous and professional manner. • Conduct operational processes with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications of In-Store Sales Associate: • A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals. • A customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. • Passionate about retail and thrive in a fastpaced environment. • A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required. • Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. • Able to utilize retail technology. • Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
