This role is responsible for overseeing initiatives to enhance engagement, increase profitable consumer revenue, and strengthen brand visibility for national and local entertainment content. A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with the content team to ensure alignment and synergy between marketing strategies and editorial. This critical position will be instrumental in promoting our diverse portfolio of entertainment products, building lasting relationships, communicating the unique value we offer, and driving strategic initiatives to grow revenue. Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including goal setting, audience segmentation, market research, brand positioning, channel planning, campaign design, budgeting, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business outcomes. • Collaborate closely with the content team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and editorial direction, while fostering strong, strategic relationships that support business objectives. • Promote the diverse entertainment product portfolio, building lasting relationships and communicating the unique value offered specific to audience needs. • Partner with analytics, product, brand, creative studio, consumer journey and activation teams to ensure strategy is executed on and performing to the expected levels. • Collaborate with pricing strategists to integrate revenue impact into an overall strategy aligned with marketing. • Be a visionary who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact. • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations. • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals. Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance performance, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to emerging technologies. • 10+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, brand management, or related roles. • Strong knowledge of gaming and entertainment marketing, audience engagement, and digital marketing. • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Experience with market research and data analytics. • Knowledge of branding principles and best practices. #LI-REMOTE #LI-NR2 The annualized base salary for this role will range between $100,000 and $110,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
