🚀 Now Hiring: SAP Program Manager – User-to-Role Mapping Lead 📍 Allentown, PA We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead User-to-Role Mapping activities as part of a large-scale SAP transformation program. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate end-user access across Finance, Supply Chain, and HXM systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP SuccessFactors. 🔎 Role Overview The User-to-Role Mapping Lead will coordinate and execute end-user access mapping activities, working closely with Security, Functional, HRBP, and Business stakeholders to validate and govern role assignments. This individual will support security design, role readiness, training alignment, testing cycles, and go-live cutover activities. 🔑 Key Responsibilities ✔️ Lead user-to-role mapping across Finance, Supply Chain, and HXM ✔️ Validate future-state access alignment with business processes ✔️ Partner with Security & Compliance to address SoD risks ✔️ Facilitate stakeholder workshops to confirm role assignments ✔️ Maintain detailed documentation and readiness reporting ✔️ Support training, testing, and go-live cutover readiness ✅ Required Qualifications • Experience with ERP role mapping, access provisioning, or SAP security design • Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, Fiori catalogs, and/or SuccessFactors roles • Experience collaborating across technical and business teams • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to manage large datasets and mapping trackers with precision ⭐ Preferred • SAP transformation program experience in large enterprises • Familiarity with GRC tools and access governance workflows • Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls If you’re experienced in SAP security, role mapping, and stakeholder engagement—and thrive in complex transformation environments—we’d love to connect! 📩 Apply now or message me directly for more details. anupam@gandivainsights.com • #SAP #SAPS4HANA #SAPAriba #SuccessFactors #SAPSecurity #ProgramManagement #ERP #DigitalTransformation #Hiring #AllentownPA
