Qualifications: • Legal authorization to work within the United States. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • High school diploma or an equivalent GED. • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role (1+ years preferred). • A passion for and knowledge of the gaming industry is a major plus. • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing for long shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs. • A flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holiday availability. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary floor leader in the absence of the Store Manager, delegating tasks and keeping the team on track. • Drive sales by educating customers on our "Circle of Life" model, including trade-ins, pre-orders, and Pro Rewards memberships. • Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures, including accurate cash handling and bank deposit runs. • Maintain a pristine store environment by organizing inventory, alphabetizing displays, and ensuring all fixtures are functional. • Provide expert-level customer service by resolving issues and offering personalized product recommendations. • Manage back-stock and shipments, ensuring all incoming products are accounted for and shelf-ready. • Protect company profits by following strict loss prevention protocols and conducting regular inventory counts. • Fulfill Omni-channel and online orders to ensure customers receive their products quickly and accurately.
