Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent certification. • Authorized to work within the United States with valid documentation. • Minimum of one year of experience in retail, customer service, or a leadership role is preferred. • Strong familiarity with video games and the gaming industry is a major plus. • Ability to stand and navigate the sales floor for shifts lasting up to 10 hours. • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing physical tasks like climbing ladders and stooping. • Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Responsibilities: • Act as the Retail Store Supervisor in the absence of senior management, delegating daily tasks and overseeing staff performance. • Engage with customers to provide a high-energy shopping experience, utilizing our "Circle of Life" model to promote trades and reservations. • Manage financial accuracy by counting registers, reconciling daily sales, and preparing bank deposits. • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, ensuring shelves are organized, alphabetized, and fully stocked. • Execute Omni-Channel orders and handle shipping/receiving tasks to keep inventory flowing smoothly. • Educate guests on the benefits of the Pro Rewards program and upcoming title releases. • Uphold loss prevention standards by monitoring store safety and conducting package checks for departing staff. • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported. • Collaborate with the management team to meet sales targets and minimize inventory shrinkage.
