Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age with valid documentation for U.S. employment. • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • A minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales, customer relations, or a supervisory capacity is highly preferred. • Familiarity with gaming platforms, software, and electronic accessories. • Ability to work independently and manage the storefront unassisted for shifts up to 10 hours. • Capability to handle physical demands, including lifting 30 lbs and using ladders. Responsibilities: • Lead the floor by greeting guests, answering technical questions, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism. • Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, delegating tasks and providing real-time feedback to ensure company standards are met. • Manage high-stakes financial duties, including reconciling daily sales, preparing bank deposits, and overseeing Point-of-Sale accuracy. • Maintain store visual standards by organizing inventory, alphabetizing merchandise, and ensuring all displays are functional and clean. • Drive store performance by promoting the Pro Rewards loyalty program and the title reservation system. • Oversee loss prevention and inventory control, including conducting regular stock counts and monitoring for potential scams or safety risks. • Coordinate Omni-Channel fulfillment, ensuring that online and ship-from-store orders are handled daily. • Execute store opening and closing procedures, including mandatory package inspections for departing staff. • Audit incoming shipments for shortages and process defective returns or recalls with precision.
