We are looking for a motivated and personable receptionist to work our front desk, leading our outreach efforts, follow-ups and appointment scheduling. We are a dynamic, fast paced, family business and love what we do. Key Responsibilities: • Take the lead on managing schedules for several Gameday Men’s Health locations, including systematically responding to inbound digital and phone-based leads/queries as well as systematically making outbound calls to answer questions, schedule/confirm appointments and more • Drive new business by engaging with existing partners as well as searching out and helping establish new ones • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage patient information • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently • Maintain accurate records and reports using basic Excel skills • Multitask effectively in a busy environment, ensuring all front desk operations run smoothly • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Qualifications: • Proven experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting • Strong Phone Skills and desire to sell services • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Excel • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems and software What We Offer: • Competitive salary with flexible full-time or part-time options • Monthly Bonus Opportunities for meeting and exceeding patient expectations and Gameday goals • Opportunities for growth within the company • Healthcare benefits and a 401K plan available for eligible employees • A supportive, collaborative, positive work environment Qualifications: Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, but not mandatory.
