Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Independent Financial Planner, based in Guelph, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive financial plans, advising clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management, and adapting strategies to meet individual financial goals. The role demands a proactive approach to client engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of service. Qualifications • Strong skills in Financial Planning, including developing and implementing tailored financial strategies • Expertise in Personal Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to address individual client needs • Certified Financial Planner designation or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable • Solid understanding of Finance concepts to provide sound financial advice and investment guidance • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships • Proven ability to work in a hybrid setup, managing both in-office and remote responsibilities effectively • Previous experience working with entrepreneurs or families is a plus
