About the Role Key Responsibilities Collaborate in developing and implementing national strategies for top line growth, engagement, and diversification of Galloway service offerings across geographic markets with our teams. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on performance to the executive committee and Practice Area Leaders. Lead and manage a team of client development professionals, ensuring focused client development results. Participate in high-level client development meetings. Support the growth and development of our market sectors and national account programs. Collaborate with our internal operational teams (e.g., Facilities, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Technology), as well as our Practice Area and Discipline Leaders. Collaborate with and provide guidance to our Seller-Doer program team. Ensure consistent client experiences by collaborating Project Managers, Client Development, and Marketing Professionals. Collaborate and team with the Marketing team to develop a CRM platform to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and strategic use of client and pursuit data. Help drive firmwide adoption of a CRM tool to support client development, marketing initiatives, client engagement tracking, and pipeline management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in client development, client engagement, account management, or a related field, with 3+ years of leadership experience. Skills & Competencies Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership on client development and client engagement related strategies and decisions. Strong organizational and planning skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. A “success through others” mindset. Experience in leading and managing a 10+ person client development team. Creative problem solver with a results-driven mindset and an ability to utilize data to make decisions. Familiarity with Power BI. Works well in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to drive client satisfaction and client retention at a national level. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively. The estimated starting base salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000.
