In this role you will be critical to successfully bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and align with organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes. This position can be fully remote/virtual/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US. How you'll make an impact Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams. Process Improvement and Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Develop and recommend solutions to optimize workflows and reduce operational risks. Create process models, workflows, and diagrams to support proposed changes. Project Support and Delivery: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support project planning, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to assess the impact of proposed solutions. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making. Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and share updates. Provide regular status updates to project teams and senior leadership. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on complex projects and cross-functional teams. Experience in the insurance, risk management, or financial services industry is a plus. CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, very nice to have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, gap analysis, SWOT analysis). Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. #LI-DK3 #LI-Remote Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
