The Sr HRIS Reporting Analyst develops and designs employment-related reporting solutions and data analytics for the Human Resources Operations Team. This role involves consulting with internal customers to create report requirements and maintaining reporting security.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in developing and testing reports with Business Intelligence applications. Experience with iCIMS and Oracle OTBI is strongly preferred, along with strong analytical and project management skills.

Overview Under the direction of the HRIS Function Manager for Reporting, the Sr HRIS Reporting Analyst concentrates on developing and designing employment related reporting solutions and data analytics to create efficiencies, assist, and meet regulatory requirements for the Human Resources Operations Team. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US. How you'll make an impact Act as primary contact for HR Operations Reporting, consulting with internal customers to create requirements for new reports, report changes, and data requests including developing reports and dashboards in iCIMS and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). Contribute to core/general HR reporting and/or projects. Facilitating functional compliance, data integrity or other related HR strategic analysis, surfacing opportunities for improvement or corrective action to various HR leaders and tracking ongoing improvements or trends. Developing or translating requirements to technical developers. Performing first level issue analysis for potential issues; and testing and validating results against data and customer requirements. Developing and maintaining dashboards that will help answer key strategic workforce analytics-based questions, including key performance indicators. Training and educating users on related reports and efficient use. Maintain reporting security. Recommending process improvements for reporting team and external processes impacting the team. Performing data integrity or other related HR strategic analysis. About You Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience developing and testing reports with Business Intelligence/visualization applications. ICIMS and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) report development experience strongly preferred. Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience strongly preferred. Proven strength and experience utilizing various reporting tools and MS Excel for variety of data analysis needs. Proficient is MS Office applications including Word & PowerPoint. Technical creativity; strong ability to identify, analyze, and summarize data in order to solution problems. Analytical Skills - Collecting information from diverse sources, applying professional principles in performing various analyses; summarizing the information and data in order to solve problems. This includes expertise in mining data and standard methods of analysis. High attention to detail, great critical thinking skills and an inate ability to take initiative Strong Project Management and organizational skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. #LI-DK3 #LI-Remote Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
