Overview We are seeking Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team to support finance roles for our Gallagher Bassett team. As a valued member of our corporate recruiting team, your main focus will be to deeply understand the business needs and customize search strategies to successfully source and present highly qualified candidates. This position is a partially remote role with some meetings held in the Rolling Meadows corporate office. How you'll make an impact • Proven candidate sourcing techniques, including ATS tools and recruitment technologies to actively engage passive talent • Craft personalized job advertisements and use recruitment marketing tools strategically to optimize role visibility and attract top-tier candidates • Proficient in negotiating candidate offers, ensuring successful placement and alignment with organizational objectives • Demonstrated prowess in sales, adept at promoting both job opportunities and organizational culture to prospective candidates • Tailored recruiting strategies to meet Gallagher Bassett's specific business needs, delivering targeted candidate presentations • Manage a requisition load, conduct interviews and support the other recruiters when needed • Develop a deep understanding of the business you are supporting • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, encouraging meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment About You • A minimum of 3 years relevant recruiting experience full cycle • Minimum 2 years working with Recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM) • Strong relationship building, negotiation and optimization skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines Desired Skills • Analytical & Organizational skills • Technical Proficiency • Motivation to Learn • Business Writing & Communication Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
