How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on contributing to drive new business revenue and increase retention by providing strategic consulting, creatives, and project management services for RFP responses, new business presentations, and complex client communication materials. Partners with Producers for effective prospect and client-facing messaging, creates new business development communications tools, and aids in development of infrastructure and systems to improve operational efficiency. Works with production teams to ensure materials are comprehensive and meet client deadlines. Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature and providing a single point of contact for those projects. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, status reports. Key Responsibilities: Researching prospects, their industries, and industry trends to add to proposals and support marketing initiatives; Drafting compelling sales documents based on research and Producer insight; and Assisting with writing, editing, and coordinating RFP responses. Works with marketing leadership and producers to create and execute client or niche-specific marketing plans. Monitors and reports on results of new business and retained business efforts. Monitors industry news for trends and opportunities. About You Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience. In-depth knowledge of the insurance brokerage business. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage work within multiple projects concurrently. Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Word. Desired: Familiarity with Salesforce, InDesign, database management systems. Expertise in Microsoft Word. Work Traits: Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with groups. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
