Senior Director, Business Development Remote – Full Time – Professional Services / Consulting (Candidates in Midwest, East Coast, or Central U.S. encouraged to apply) About the Role A global consulting firm (via an executive search partner) is hiring a Senior Director of Business Development to focus on new client acquisition in the industrial manufacturing and consumer products sectors. This is a strategic hunting role, ideal for someone with consulting or B2B service sales experience who can open doors and drive growth. What You’ll Do • Generate and convert leads with C-suite decision makers • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for your verticals • Partner with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams • Attend client meetings, conferences, and events to build relationships • Use CRM tools and prospecting platforms to manage pipeline and outreach What You’ll Need • 7–12 years of business development or sales experience in consulting, logistics, or B2B services • Strong understanding of manufacturing or consumer products markets • Confidence working with senior-level executives • Track record of exceeding sales targets • Proficiency in Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRM systems • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus What’s Offered • Competitive base + performance-based bonus • Remote work.
