Core services consist of four major segments: 1.Ecological Operation Integration: Including alliance ecosystem restructuring, and cost reduction through centralized procurement. 2.Marketing & Customer Operations: Providing omnichannel social marketing, private domain establishment, and membership system services. 3.Payment & Compliance: Launching comprehensive payment solutions tailored to the North American market (covering major payment methods), while ensuring transaction security, compliance, and tax support. 4.Customized Technology Development: Covering systems such as CRM/ERP/HRM, industry-specific platforms, and SaaS/API integration. Key Responsibilities Offline Restaurant Research & Product Demonstrations • Conduct in-person visits to local restaurants (based on your location) and deliver short demos of core POS features (e.g., payment optimization tools, contract options, operational functions that may support labor efficiency). • Collect initial merchant interest and feedback during visits (target: 50+ intent records/month). • Log visit outcomes and data accurately in the CRM/sales system. Merchant Pain Point & Trial Intent Collection • Identify restaurant pain points (cost control, efficiency, customer acquisition, revenue growth). • Ask permission-based questions to evaluate willingness to trial the POS system. • Complete the Merchant Intent Form and share high-intent leads with internal teams for follow-up. Competitive Validation (In-market) • Observe and document competitor usage in local restaurants (e.g., Square, Toast, MenuSifu, Chowbus). • Collect factual comparisons and summarize opportunities where our POS may provide differentiated value. Weekly Reporting • Produce a Weekly Research & Intent Report summarizing: merchant pain points, objections, intent levels, competitor signals, and recommendations for future outreach and promotion strategies. Qualifications • Current university student or recent graduate; any major is welcome (Marketing or Business Management preferred). • Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and willingness to engage with people. • Interest in digital marketing, social media, and B2B marketing strategies. • A valid driver’s license is a plus; willingness to visit clients is preferred. • *This is an Unpaid internship.
