As a Professional Business Analyst - Healthcare, you will analyze and improve business processes to support clients in the healthcare sector, ensuring that technology meets their needs effectively. Responsibilities • Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations • Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design • Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections Skills • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in Healthcare Industry • Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering • Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Benefits • Generous, flexible vacation policy • 401(k) employer match • Comprehensive health benefits • Educational assistance • Variety of leadership and technical development academies Company Overview • Gainwell Technologies is a provider of Information Technology & Services.
