Gainwell is seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery across healthcare technology initiatives. This role focuses on managing medium-sized project teams, driving quality and timeliness, and aligning execution with strategic program goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile methodologies, strong leadership, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes for vulnerable communities. Your role in our mission • Lead one or more Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Iteration planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). • Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables. • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to track metrics and recommend improvements. • Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure stakeholder alignment. • Mentor junior team members and promote Agile maturity. • Identify and mitigate risks through proactive reporting and updates. • Translate program objectives into actionable milestones. What we're looking for • 6+ years of project management experience; 3+ years in Medicaid/Medicare preferred. • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. • Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Azure DevOps, and/or MS Project. • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Technology Tool Stack: • Azure DevOps, MS Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI What you should expect in this role • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%) • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation The deadline to submit applications for this posting is November 28, 2025 The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
