We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status. Your role in our mission Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s) May supervise additional account management staff (i/e Program Specialist) Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed   Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions What we're looking for BA/BS degree or 5+ years of equivalent Medicare/Medicaid provider experience Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly and has the ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues Strong knowledge of MS Suite - Excel (especially pivot tables), Power Point, Word Outlook, and Teams Active PMP preferred OR willing to obtain within 1 year MUST be comfortable working MST hours What you should expect in this role This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position. Upward career advancement is possible and encouraged. Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment. Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting. New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date. Company provided computer for work use. For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired. Travel may be required up 10% This position will remain posted to take applications until December 16, 2025.       #LI-DNI  The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
