This requires managing a queue of work and inputting faxed documentation into a system ensuring productivity and quality. The candidate filling this position needs to be customer-focused, detail-oriented, articulate, and credible. Client Services Analyst I will also be focused on ensuring each client’s definition of quality is met by proactively reviewing processes and data.   Your role in our mission Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and defined metrics for data entry, productivity, and quality. Develop technical understanding of client solutions and their features. Use tools, reports, and metrics to proactively monitor and analyze data, providing visibility into statuses. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet client expectations. Collaborate with technology and project teams to understand business context and ensure quality of deliverables. Align company and client data through reconciliation and system checks. Partner with operations and other teams to ensure consistent delivery of products and services.     What we're looking for Healthcare industry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and reconciliation across sources or platforms. Excellent communication skills, with a positive, professional, and customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.   What you should expect in this role Remote (work-from-home) opportunity available across all U.S. locations. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
