We are seeking a WV Pharmacy Analyst to join our team. This role is remote but requires residency in West Virginia and an active WV Pharmacy Technician Certificate/License. You will play a key role in processing and analyzing pharmacy claims, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines, and supporting pharmacy operations.Your role in our mission As a WV Pharmacy Analyst, you will: Review and analyze pharmacy claims to ensure compliance with established guidelines and accuracy of information. Support prior authorization processes, including communication with providers and pharmacies. Research and resolve claim discrepancies, including National Drug Codes (NDC) and First Data Bank (FDB) references. Collaborate with internal teams to support program goals and operational performance. Assist with reporting, audits, and quality assurance activities. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. What we're looking for 3–5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. 1–2 years of experience with First Data Bank (FDB) and/or National Drug Codes. Familiarity with claims processing systems and procedures. Residency in West Virginia and an active WV Pharmacy Technician Certificate/License. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work independently. What you should expect in this role Fully remote position, but candidate must reside in West Virginia. Reliable high-speed internet connection is required. Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on business needs.
