The Role Gaia is building the category-defining fertility membership. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own our narrative, set the go-to-market strategy, and build a marketing organization that drives trust, clarity, and growth. This is a leadership role. You will define how Gaia shows up to patients, clinics, and employers and ensure that every touchpoint reflects precision, empathy, and conviction. You set the vision, orchestrate execution, and hold the bar for quality and impact. What You’ll Own Brand & Narrative Own Gaia’s Brand House and Messaging House end-to-end Define and evolve our category narrative and thought leadership Ensure all messaging is simple, effective, accurate, differentiated, and deeply patient-first Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution Set annual and quarterly GTM priorities and sequencing Lead launches across plans, features, and clinic initiatives Run the GTM operating cadence: planning, calendars, approvals, and post-mortems Cross-Functional Leadership Partner tightly with Product, Ops, and Sales Translate strategy into clear direction across teams Ensure alignment from roadmap to revenue Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing team across content, growth, and PMM Set clear standards for quality, velocity, and craft Develop leaders, not just output What Success Looks Like A clear, consistent narrative across every channel Predictable growth across channels with improving CAC efficiency High-quality, on-time GTM launches Strong clinic trust and comprehension A focused, aligned marketing team operating with clarity
