G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. We create large-scale projects, such as Sherlock, Hidden City®, Jewels of Rome®, and continuously improve their technical aspects. We are currently strengthening our team and looking for an HR Data Analyst who will develop and manage HR data processes — from data collection and validation to building analytical pipelines and dashboards, as well as conducting HR research and A/B tests. If you are interested in data-driven HR, analytics, and building insightful reports for business decisions — we’d love to have you on our team! What You Will Work On: • Developing and improving HR data collection and management processes: defining data collection requirements, setting up and monitoring data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and documenting data flows and their use in HR reporting. • Building HR data processing pipelines for calculating key metrics and visualizing them in dashboards. • Preparing internal and external analytical reports and presentations for various stakeholders (HR, Management, Board Members, Finance, etc.). • Analyzing the employee funnel, conducting cohort analyses, and defining metrics across the employee lifecycle. • Running research and experiments in the HR domain (hypothesis testing, A/B testing). What We Expect: • Experience or academic projects using Python (pandas, NumPy). • Strong command of SQL and understanding of database principles. • Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing methods. • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. • English level B2 or higher. • Experience or strong interest in the HR analytics domain.
