About this Position Sr Product Operations Manager Core Responsibilities: Product Development & Delivery: You'll partner with product and engineering managers to align requirements with operational processes. You'll also support the business testing of product changes, identifying test case scenarios, capturing end-user feedback, and ensuring changes are ready for production. Managing the product feedback funnel, assisting in its qualification and quantification, and ensuring cross-functional coordination for efficient product understanding and adoption will also be key. Operational Excellence & Go-To-Market (GTM): You'll be a key enabler of Go-To-Market readiness for new product releases through process creation, updates, comprehensive training, and clear communication. A core part of your role will be to identify and implement opportunities to increase operational efficiency across our HR tech stack. Data Analysis & Performance Measurement: You'll establish benchmarks for quantitative data to facilitate success metrics and measure, surface, and distribute both quantitative and qualitative data about the product and user experience. Subject Matter Expertise: You'll continually strive to become a Subject Matter Expert, staying ahead of trends and best practices in HR technology. What We're Looking For: Proven experience supporting product development and delivery specifically within an HR technology or HR domain. The ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and inform data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to conduct business testing (UAT) for HR product changes, including developing robust test cases and gathering valuable user feedback. Experience bridging the gap between HR operational needs and product/engineering requirements. Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering results. Excellent analytical skills to interpret and extract actionable insights from complex data. Strong communication skills that enable effective cross-functional collaboration. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboard’s function. Experienced using Altassian specially Jira and Confluence. It will be a bonus if proficient in Lucid and Figma tools. Experience using Databricks, Tableau or similar reporting tool Demonstrated experience applying AI-driven solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve productivity.
