Job Title: Business Development Representative (2 Years BPO Experience) Location: Tustin, CA (in-person) Reports to: Sales Manager Type: Full-Time About FYDI Global FYDI Global (Fulfil Your Dreams Internationally) is a leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and call center services. Since our founding in 2018 and headquarters in Tustin, California, we’ve grown to operate 11 centers in 8 countries, employing professionals from over 40 nationalities. With support in 24/7 multilingual operations spanning Spanish, English, Chinese, Arabic, French and more, we enable businesses to scale efficiently, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction through our call centers. Role Overview FYDI Global is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growth-oriented team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in driving revenue through identifying and engaging new business opportunities, nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with sales and marketing to close deals. You will help us expand our footprint across industries such as CPG, Healthcare, Retail & E-commerce, Startups, and more. You will be working closely with the sales manager to schedule new meetings that are both virtual & in-person, and travel to trade shows both domestically and internationally to gain new business. Your goal is to set as many meetings as possible that will be led and closed by the sales manager. Once you have your footing, you can start leading and closing meetings on your own, leading to an account executive role. Key Responsibilities ● Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities via outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social media). ● Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets (e.g. Healthcare, Retail & E-commerce, Debt Collection) ● Manage lead pipeline in Hubspot and follow up diligently to convert leads into meaningful conversations ● Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive lead generation ● Attend in person trade shows with Sales Manager to gain new business ● Deliver compelling value propositions, demonstrating FYDI’s strengths in multilingual call center operations, revenue generation, customer service, appointment setting, etc. ● Track and report activity metrics (calls made, emails sent, appointments set, deals closed), optimize strategy based on results. ● Maintain CRM data cleanliness and organization What We’re Looking For ● 1-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally in BPO / contact center / outsourcing services ● Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and outreach via multiple channels ● Strong communication skills; ability to articulate value in call centers or cross-cultural environments is a huge plus ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay persistent ● Excellent organizational skills; able to manage a pipeline and prioritize tasks ● Familiarity with Hubspot. ● Bonus: Experience selling BPO, call center support services, or knowledge of international operation landscapes Why FYDI Global ● Be part of a globally scaling, multicultural organization with teams across 8 countries; work in a diverse, multilingual environment. ● Opportunity to make real impact, helping clients optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. ● Ability to travel worldwide and break into new or existing industries. ● Growth opportunities: as we expand, successful BDRs can move into Account Executive, Sales Leadership, or international roles. ● Competitive base + performance incentives/commissions ($49,000-$60,000 base).
