Lifecycle Marketing Manager Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid) Organization: FVI School of Nursing and Technology Why Join FVI? As part of our marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in connecting with and supporting students through every stage of their journey — from inquiry to career success. Mission: The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven strategies and personalized marketing campaigns. This role will leverage multiple channels — including the FVI website, SMS, email, direct mail, social media messaging, and AI-powered engagement tools — to create a seamless, high-impact communication experience for prospective students, current students, alumni, and hiring partners. Key Responsibilities Lifecycle Strategy Development & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing plan utilizing all digital and traditional channels to improve engagement within the first 90 days. Integrate personalization and segmentation across website (chat, AI, forms), SMS, email, direct mail, and third-party applications. Collaborate with marketing and enrollment services teams to create compelling bilingual campaigns that support student recruitment and retention. Lead the launch and optimization of program-specific campaigns (e.g., EMT and future programs). Manage a promotional calendar of campaigns and initiatives across all touchpoints. Performance & Reporting Oversee daily operations of lifecycle marketing programs, including A/B testing, optimization, and reporting. Track and report performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, website engagement, conversions) weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Deliver insights and recommendations to improve results and campaign ROI. Maintain an organized archive of CRM assets for future use. Innovation Leadership Stay current on best practices in CRM, AI personalization, and data-driven marketing strategies. Drive innovation through experimentation — at least two A/B tests per month. Maintain at least 70% CRM tool utilization to optimize communication effectiveness. Website Personalization Develop and deploy plans for dynamic, personalized web experiences based on user behavior and profiles. Implement AI-powered personalization tools to increase lead capture rates by 15% and improve site engagement metrics by 20%. Database & Segmentation Management Ensure database accuracy and completeness (95%+). Enhance segmentation capabilities to target specific audiences effectively. Ensure at least 80% of campaigns use segmented targeting to minimize broad, untargeted communication. Collaboration & Teamwork Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support FVI’s mission and brand consistency. Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and alignment with FVI’s core values. Contribute actively to weekly marketing meetings and team strategy discussions. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus). 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or digital marketing roles. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email automation systems. Experience with A/B testing, campaign analytics, and data segmentation. Strong understanding of AI personalization, chatbots, and marketing automation workflows. Excellent communication and project management skills.
