About the role We’re looking for a Partner Success Specialist to support our Futuri Sales Intelligence partners and help them get the most out of the platform. This role is hands-on, service-oriented, and critical to ensuring our partners see value early, often, and consistently. You’ll work closely with our Partner Success leadership team to support onboarding, engagement, and ongoing adoption for radio partners across multiple markets. This is an ideal role for someone who loves helping people win, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where relationships and follow-through matter. Key Responsibilities: Assist Partner Success Directors in onboarding, retention, and remediation efforts for Futuri Sales Intelligence Radio partners. Monitor and assess health scores across Radio markets, overseeing Grow/Adopt campaigns, addressing retention risks, and proactively engaging with Radio partners. Collaborate with the Futuri Sales Intelligence President to ensure seamless execution of onboarding strategies and outreach initiatives. What you'll do Onboarding & Training Support onboarding for new Futuri Sales Intelligence partners, ensuring smooth setup and early success. Train AEs and managers on how to use the platform effectively. Assist with partner launch calls, installations, and early-stage troubleshooting. Partner Engagement Conduct proactive outreach to partners to support usage, answer questions, and build strong relationships. Participate in retention conversations and help flag risks or opportunities. Gather testimonials and feedback to support internal reporting and product improvements. Daily Partner Support Respond quickly and professionally to partner inquiries, helping resolve issues or coordinating with internal teams when needed. Maintain detailed partner touchpoints and activity records inside Hubspot. Reporting & Coordination Assist Marketing/CX Lead in preparing monthly usage recaps. Support the creation of 30/60/90-day engagement updates for partners in early adoption. Collaborate closely with the Partner Success team to maintain clear communication and unified support plans. Qualifications 2–3 years in radio sales, sales support, client services, or related customer-facing roles. Comfortable presenting to small groups or sales teams. Strong relationship-building skills with a natural, personable communication style. Highly organized with excellent follow-through. Problem solver who stays calm, resourceful, and positive when partners need support. Enjoys frequent interaction with partners and takes pride in helping people succeed. Familiarity with tools like Nielsen, Scarborough, AdMall, or similar is a plus (not required).
