Overview At FutureCare Health and Management Corporation our Regional Business Office Support Manager oversees all aspects of business operations pertaining to Long Term Care within the faciity to ensure proper planning and cordination of Medicaid A/R collections. Salary Disclosure Statement The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc. Responsibilities Review all vent referrals and complete financial screening File all PEME appeals as requested by facility or Medicaid AR Manager File all Care Cost appeals as requested. Review all returned mail to correct address as needed (Statements, Collection letters) Completes all process relating the payment of private balances. Comply with FutureCare standards and all regulatory requirements. Monitor patient contacts in both PCC and MatrixCare to verify they agree including email addresses. Review new MP cases and confirm with PAM: Complete estimated resource letters and provide to biller Complete direct deposit filing Compile refund worksheet and submit file for processing Complete facility monthly audits Managed the Dental insurance process Assists in the revision and/or development of A/R, systems, policies and procedures to promote continual improvement. Assists in the integration of FutureCare’s Customer Service philosophy at the facility level to enhance the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Abides by the standards identified in FutureCare’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
