Location: California, USA (Hybrid / Regional travel required) Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Project Delivery About Future Power Future Power is an international renewable energy developer focused on utility-scale solar PV, wind, and BESS projects and integrated energy infrastructure. We are advancing development of an Energy Park in California, combining PV + BESS to power an on-site Data Center (behind-the-meter). We are seeking a Project Manager – Renewable Energy to support delivery of this project from late-stage development through construction handoff and commissioning readiness. Role Summary The Project Manager will support execution of Energy Park projects combining generation, storage, and Data Center power infrastructure, with focus on schedule, coordination, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities • Manage integrated project schedules through NTP / MC / COD / SC. • Coordinate EPCs, utilities, consultants, and AHJs. • Support permitting workflows and inspections. • Track scope, budget, risks, and mitigation actions. • Support commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, punchlist, and closeout. • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company standards. • Maintain project documentation and reporting. Qualifications • 3–6 years of renewable energy project management experience. • Experience with solar PV, BESS, or energy infrastructure projects. • Familiarity with EPC delivery and commissioning workflows. • Working knowledge of OSHA and NFPA requirements.
