Full Description

Experience At least 3 years Good benefits package, including medical and dental, optional vision as well as 401K. Requirements Successful individual will complete repair service work, and preventative maintenance on sterilizers, OR lights, OR tables, Washers, and Ultrasonic cleaners. Must be able to work well independently, provide excellent customer service and have good basic mechanical skills working in customer’s environment Resolves issues with medical equipment and keep detailed records of all work related activities. Perform preventative and repair maintenance including disassembling, replacing or repairing defective parts, rewiring and reassembling as required on medical equipment. Performs equipment installs and de-installs as necessary. Provides customer support of equipment repair and trouble-shooting. Cleans, prepares parts and assemblies for service & refurbishing. Works and interacts with current and prospective clients, other employees, sales representatives, vendors, medical personnel, guests, and visitors. Work with equipment to meet regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years field experience supporting sterilizers, washers, OR equipment. Experience with hand tools, power tools, electrical equipment. General mechanical knowledge as well as general plumbing and electrical, operating electronic and specialized test equipment. General knowledge of regulations regarding medical equipment, industry standards, codes and procedures regarding safety and OSHA. Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive company owned vehicles. Good organizational skills and able to work well independently Ability to read and interpret schematics to include wiring diagrams. Able to communicate well with various levels of customers & employees both verbally and in writing. Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development certificate (GED) is required Suitable to support technical requirements of position.
