D. Program Operations, Data, & Storytelling • Track participation, hours, project outputs, and student leadership growth for grants and reporting; maintain accurate records in internal systems. • Manage communications for projects (student sign‑ups, reminders, partner updates, day‑of instructions, and post‑event thank‑yours). • Collect impact stories, quotes, and media that highlight student leadership and community outcomes. E. Student Support & Enrichment (Core Future 5 Functions) • Oversee a cohort of high school students, providing individualized support that builds community, confidence, and belonging. • Connect students to resources and organizations and enrichment activities that support their interests, academic progress, and personal development. • Advise and support at‑risk students one‑on‑one via phone, email, and texting platform; coordinate with the team to address the diverse needs of under‑resourced students. • Arrange logistics, including transportation to off‑site service projects and learning events, as needed.
