Location: Remote or Hybrid work schedule in the Rockville, MD, office The Recruiter will share fusionSpan's culture and company values, as well as source and build a pool of qualified talent. This individual is data driven, comfortable working autonomously in an agile and fast-paced global environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities • Source potential talent on LinkedIn and/or other online platforms • Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS • Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment • Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies • Write and post job descriptions • Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks • Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process • Support office administration tasks in the Rockville office as needed • Other projects as needed on the People Team Required Qualifications: • At least 2+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process • Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers) • Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms • Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS) About fusionSpan fusionSpan is a fast-paced, high-energy global firm with a highly motivated team.
