🚨 Now Hiring: CAPEX Project Manager – Houston, TX 🚨 We’re looking for a high-impact CAPEX Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to drive end-to-end project execution — from concept and design through construction, commissioning, and qualification (C&Q). 📍 Location: Houston, TX 🕒 Hours: 40 hours/week 📅 Contract Length: 12 months (extension likely) 💼 Visa: Open 🔧 About the Role As the CAPEX Project Manager, you will: • Lead the planning, design, execution, and completion of multimillion-dollar capital projects. • Manage project scope, cost, schedule, safety, and GMP compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, procurement, and quality. • Oversee contractor/vendor selection, negotiation, and performance. • Develop and track detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Deliver progress reports and presentations to senior management. 🎯 Basic Requirements • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. • 10+ years managing large-scale CAPEX projects (>$300M) in GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing. • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, or similar). • Proven leadership across all project phases — from concept to C&Q. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools. 🌟 Preferred Qualifications • PMP or CAPM certification • Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 • Background in pharmaceutical/biologics manufacturing • Familiarity with process equipment used in drug substance production • Demonstrated success in CAPEX project delivery within GMP environments
