🔍 We're Hiring: Senior Research Analyst 📍 Needham, MA | Full-Time | On-Site FUSE Research Network is a boutique research and consulting firm serving the asset management industry. We help firms make smarter strategic decisions through a unique blend of data, insight, and client collaboration. With fewer than 25 employees, we offer a collegial, entrepreneurial culture where curiosity, initiative, and impact are valued. 🔹 About the Role We're looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our team and contribute to both our syndicated research and custom consulting work. You'll support client-facing projects, craft industry forecasts, and contribute to published reports that help shape strategy for leading asset managers. 🔹 What You’ll Do • Support client research requests in collaboration with Relationship Managers • Contribute to FUSE publications (briefs, white papers, outlooks, presentations) • Develop insights and projections for product and distribution trends • Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize industry data • Assist in client engagement and relationship-building • Take on additional research and project work as needed 🔹 What We’re Looking For • 3–4 years of financial services experience (asset management a plus) • Bachelor’s degree required; Series 6/7 license preferred • Strong analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex information • Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Morningstar and industry data tools • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills 🔹 What We Offer • Competitive compensation (based on experience) • Medical benefits, 401(k), paid vacation • 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday • Office located in Needham, MA • Growth-oriented culture with direct exposure to clients and leadership 🌐 Learn more about us at www.fuse-research.com 👉 Apply now if you're ready to grow your career in a high-impact, intellectually engaging role at the intersection of research and strategy.
