RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Effectively manage inbound end-user and dealer support requests Troubleshoot product and component issues Maintain detailed notes regarding all service activities in CRM Consistently create accurate and detailed work orders Act as an ambassador for FFL Brands and the products it sells PAY, CLASS & BENEFITS $18-$21.50/hr Full-time; Hourly; Non-exempt Standard FFL Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, 401(k) Match, Employee Purchase Program Requirements THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong deductive reasoning ability when it comes to troubleshooting and repairing mechanical parts Ability to ask logical question to help identify technical issues quickly and effectively Excellent communication skills Prioritizes high-level customer service for all customers Attention to detail EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 2+ years of customer service, sales or related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
