About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager / Director to lead new client implementations and manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance our product and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer delivery, technology, and process improvement—and who brings hands-on experience managing projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar project management environments. You'll work closely with customers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead New Client Implementations: • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for new customer deployments - from kick-off through go-live and post-launch transition / hyper care. • Develop & manage project plans, timelines, scope, resources and deliverables using proven PM methodologies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Development, Sales) to ensure seamless onboarding. Manage Internal Product & Process Enhancements • Drive internal projects that improve product capabilities, integrations, and operational efficiency. • Partner with Product, Support, and Development teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans. • Track progress, remove blockers, and report outcomes to leadership. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams. • Develop and deliver project status reports, timelines, and risk assessments. • Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and escalations. Systems & Tools • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office Suite. • Leverage project management / workflow tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project) to manage timelines and deliverables. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven track record managing multiple client implementations and internal product enhancement projects simultaneously. • Strong hands-on experience with best-of-breed project & resource management tools. • Excellent organizational, communication, and internal + external stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with Agile or Rapid Application Development methodologies. • MUST be located in the US within CST or EST time zone. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with GovTech or Public Sector SaaS platforms/companies (e.g. Municipal ERPs). • Hands-on experience managing projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Project Operations module. • Experience with the application of AI Automation / Tools within project management. • PMP or similar project management certification. • Experience managing direct reports / teams.
