We are looking for those with Wholesale Mortgage Origination Experience ONLY. If you do not have experience in the wholesale mortgage sales industry your resume will not be considered. It's an opportunity that doesn't come around often. Are you a current or previously producing AE or Correspondent rep looking to earn the big commissions that you used to? Well our programs and loans generate BIG commissions and we are picking up volume. We are hiring nationally and are growing so the questions is do you want to join us? Your Job Duties • Seek out loan officers, mortgage bankers and other third party professionals who have transactions in the commercial or business purpose residential space. • Source and seek transactions that fit into our product mix. • Maintain excellent screening skills to only submit deals that qualify on our platform. • Structuring loan files with all conditions required setting realistic goals for people supplying loan submissions with accurate timelines and criteria. • Work with processing and underwriting to insure file conditions are met and loans are funding in expedited turn times. Our AE Requirements • We Are Not Here To Motivate You. You Need To Be Motivated To Succeed • Must Be Able To Self-Manage Your Time And Schedule • You Have To Be Able To Follow Guidance On Programs And Structuring Loan Files • Need To Be Someone Who Doesn't Need A Lot Of Direction Or Coaching • Prior Wholesale Mortgage Industry Experience • Have A Mind To Originate, Work Hard and Fund Loans Our Preferred Skills • Origination Skills Required. Cold Calling, Lead Generation Necessary • Quickly Be Able To Identify Deal Flow Opportunities With Brokers/Lenders • Follow Up Skills Are Required. Deals Are Made On The 2nd And 3rd Calls • Be Able To Review Deals For Funding Ability Based On Guidelines And Matrices • Manage The Loan Process With Brokers • Can't Have 5 Jobs Have To Have The Ability To Focus And Generate Business Our Desired Experience: • 1-3 Years Of wholesale mortgage experience desired. This includes retail, wholesale or correspondent mortgage sales experience. Your Required Education • High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred) • Job Type: Full-time Your Compensation (The Best Part) • All Funded Loans AE's Are Paid 40% Of Total Origination Charged. Our Average Deal For 2024 Is $596,000.00 and our average fee is 2% so your commission on a deal like this is on average is $5960.00. We Believe You Should Make What We Make. We Are Partners You Are Not An Employee. • 100% Commission. If You Are Looking For A Salary Or Ramp Up Period This Position Is Not For You. We Want Producers In Our Mix And Because We Are Funding Loans In 5-15 Days In Most Cases Salaries Are Not A Part Of Our Culture What We Provide • Multiple Loan Programs Including Commercial, Fix and Flip, Small Balance Commercial, Commercial Bridge, Commercial Hard Money, Residential investment, Construction, Investment Residential Hard Money, DSCR, Multi-Family. • You Will Have A Manager To Assist With Your Loan Origination Activities • Marketing. We Provide Active Broker Data, Send Daily Email Campaigns To Activate Your Brokers. Provide Outbound Dialing System To Reach Brokers Daily. • Direct Lending And Broker Options For Programs To Keep Us Flexible And Liquid.
