Highlights • Location: Turkey, Remote (CET) • Stock Options • Language:Russian-speaking team; English fluency required (C1) About the Role As the Product Manager for Post-Donation Experience (Donor Portal & Emails), you will be the strategic owner of the donor journey after checkout. You will turn engagement, retention, and repeat donations into measurable growth levers through structured discovery, experimentation, and ML-driven personalization. You will connect company OKRs with product strategy and drive outcomes that directly impact GPV and lifetime value. What You’ll Do • Own Domain Strategy:Define and execute the product vision for Donor Portal and post-donation experience, aligned with company and department OKRs. • Drive Growth & Experiments:Identify retention and upsell opportunities, run structured experiments, and iterate based on measurable outcomes • Build a Metrics System:Define North Star and metric tree (business → product → user behavior) and track adoption, recurring donations, and engagement. • Lead Discovery:Conduct user interviews, analyze cohorts and funnel data, and validate product hypotheses before scaling solutions. • Implement Personalization (ML):Identify and test ML-driven personalization opportunities across portal and emails to increase retention and LTV. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM to ensure product decisions translate into business impact.
