About the position We are looking for a Product Owner to lead delivery for Checkout Modal, the core donation experience through which the majority of donations on Fundraise Up flow. Checkout Modal is one of the highest-traffic and highest-impact product surfaces in the company. This role focuses on reliable product delivery and operational excellence. Strategic discovery, experimentation, and growth initiatives are owned by the PM Growth – Pre-Donation Experience. Your responsibility is to translate strategic initiatives into production-ready features, maintain checkout stability, and ensure reliable delivery for enterprise clients. Expected Time Allocation Strategic Features (from PM) — 50% Internal Improvements — 25% GTM & Deal Breakers — 25% Responsibilities • Translate PM strategic initiatives into clear product specifications • Own the delivery lifecycle: spec → development → QA → release • Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with company goals • Resolve client-critical issues and deal breakers • Support Sales, CSM, and Support with product expertise • Drive internal product improvements and tech debt reduction • Ensure the checkout remains stable, performant, and reliable Requirements • 5+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership • Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise products • Strong delivery and backlog management skills • Experience writing clear product specifications • Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams • Fluent English (C1) Benefits • Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary: • 31 days off • Company subsidized medical insurance • 100% paid telemedicine plan • Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace. • English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to \$1,000 annually). • Relevant professional education (100% reimbursement, up to \$1,500 annually). • Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to \$500 annually). • Co-working (up to \$250 monthly). • Remote working. • We are an equal opportunity employer.
