Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Assistant Teacher and Lead Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. This role involves working closely with children to foster their academic and social development. The Assistant Teacher / Lead Teacher will assist in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management, ensuring that each student receives the attention they need to thrive. Responsibilities • Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. • Support students in their learning by providing individualized attention and encouragement. • Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere. • Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for working with students with disabilities or autism. • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Skills • Strong behavior management skills to maintain a productive classroom environment. • Background in private school or childcare settings is a plus. • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and colleagues. • Proven experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds. • Ability to plan engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. • Effective classroom management techniques to ensure a focused learning space.
