Role Overview The Remote Customer Service Representative is the trusted first point of contact for our clients. You will guide customers through inquiries, bookings, and post-event support while ensuring every interaction reflects Fun Pros Events’ commitment to professionalism, warmth, and reliability. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent service. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging platforms. Assist clients with event inquiries, bookings, schedule changes, and service details. Provide accurate and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and company policies. Collaborate with event coordinators and internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software. Experience in events or entertainment is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Perks Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Fully remote position — work from anywhere in the U.S. Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.
