Considers end-to-end processes, maintains organization and communication, and supports the strategy and vision of FFC Marketing campaigns by designing and executing processes and procedures that drive efficiency and understanding across the organization. • Manage and develop operations, processes, internal communications, and materials related to campaign execution. Ensure all necessary guides, samples, scripts, schedules, lists, and instructions are clearly communicated to business lines. Ensure materials are published to the intranet and maintained in proper storage for ongoing reference. • Oversee campaign follow up and administration, including fielding of all branch campaign related inquiries and complaints on behalf of customers. • Ensure the accuracy of campaign content, including but not limited to offer terms and conditions, promotions, product and other details on all systems and materials, including digital platforms and the website, where applicable. • Serve as a backup for uploading and deploying digital assets to support marketing campaigns, including online and mobile banking ads, statement graphics, and other digital placements. • Serve as the primary coordinator for internal and external audits, including managing communications, organizing folders, and collaborating with marketing team members to gather and upload requested policies, procedures, assets, reports, and other required materials. • Oversee and review Tier 1 and Tier 2 marketing and advertising materials prior to publication to ensure compliance with the FFC Marketing Framework. Coordinate, review, and submit Tier 2 materials for Compliance and/or Legal approval, ensuring alignment with all applicable regulatory requirements. • Manage the Marketing Creatives Tracking Database, ensuring approval form/checklist, and creative assets are properly captured for record retention. Generate reports to support annual renewal reviews and audit requests as needed. Education Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or equivalent. (Preferred) Experience 3 or more years Financial Services experience. (Required) 2 or more years Marketing experience. (Preferred) This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually.
