The Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A is responsible for providing critical financial support, focusing on the management and optimization of financial systems. The Finance team is looking for candidates with expertise in financial analysis, modelling, and business planning, as well as strong business judgment and success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Primary Responsibilities: Management Reporting & Decision Support: Supports consolidated management reporting. Hands-on approach to learning the business and critically analyze this information accordingly. Work closely and effectively with department heads at Corporate. Participate in the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes. Dashboarding & KPI reporting. Key contributor to the implementation and management of financial planning & reporting software. Continuous Improvement: Review existing methods of gathering information and performing analysis and propose opportunities for improvement. Assist with furthering the development of automation of internal & external reporting through reporting software and other tools. Skills & Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting software, and other analytical tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal abilities. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus. Proven experience in corporate financial planning & analysis. Preferred background in SaaS-based software or payments industry. Familiarity with strategic planning, scenario analysis, and market evaluation. Strong experience in financial modeling and performance reporting. Proficiency with budgeting and reporting tools (e.g., Vena Solutions, Power BI/Tableau, PBCS).
