Primary Responsibilities: Customer Success • Serve as the primary point of contact for Light Tier Product customers, providing onboarding, product education, and personalized guidance to ensure successful adoption. • Develop proactive engagement strategies (e.g., scheduled check-ins, guided sessions) to minimize churn and maximize product utilization. • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to improve features and overall experience. Training & Enablement • Design and develop training materials, documentation, and videos for the Light Tier Product. • Deliver internal training sessions for Customer Success team members and assist with onboarding new hires. • Collaborate with leadership to build scalable training programs that can expand to all product offerings in the future. Ongoing Responsibilities • Maintain a portion of the existing CSS book of business while prioritizing Light Tier product adoption initiatives. • Track and report on customer engagement metrics, training effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Minimum Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role. • Strong ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner for both customers and internal teams. • Experience creating training resources (videos, guides, presentations) is strongly preferred. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Familiarity with SaaS products and customer onboarding best practices.
