ABOUT THE ROLE: The Partner Business Manager (PBM) is responsible for sourcing and onboarding new brand targets while managing and growing existing brand partner relationships across the Fullscript marketplace. Acting as the strategic and commercial owner for each brand, the PBM drives performance, oversees joint business planning, and leads negotiations and onboarding. \n What You'll Do: Serve as strategic owner and relationship manager for assigned brand partners. Develop annual business plans aligned to revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new brand and product category opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms and lead onboarding for new brand partnerships. Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Medical Affairs, Merchandising and Sales. Drive promotional strategy, merchandising, and product lifecycle planning. Analyze brand and market data to guide strategic decisions. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; in business, finance, economics, or related field. MBA an asset. 5+ years hands-on experience in partner management, category management, brand management, or business development. Strong analytical, commercial, financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities. Experience negotiating and managing external partnerships. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required and hands on experience with BI tools (such as Looker, Power BI etc).
