Full Throttle Oilfield Services, a leader in supporting the dynamic and critical environments of the oil, gas, and water infrastructure industries, is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a company built on the principles of performance, precision, and collaboration, we specialize in VRU systems and secondary containment to aid operators in minimizing emissions and managing risks while meeting stringent regulatory standards. Our commitment to excellence drives our project management processes, ensuring that we not only carry out tasks but also take ownership of our work and align with our clients' goals. The Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and facilitating clear communication as we continue to provide a comprehensive range of oilfield supplies and services, including tank battery builds, flow line products, and hydraulic fittings. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the project management team and assist in day-to-day operations. Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and documentation. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and files in compliance with company standards and regulations. Coordinate logistics for supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management. Support financial processes, including invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking. Conduct research and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and clarity. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
