As we grow, we are expanding our internal team to strengthen communication, client experience, and daily operational support. Position Overview The Communications & Support Assistant is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, creative, and eager to learn. This role supports marketing, client and caregiver follow-up, basic admin duties, and internal communication tasks. Beginning February, this person will also open our Crofton office each morning for the Day Hab program. No prior healthcare experience is required — we will train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Content Support & Communications Support • Assist with social media posting using simple templates • Help create newsletters, flyers, and announcements • Assist with drafting short emails and community updates • Collect photos or updates from programs for content Support Caregiver & Client Follow-Up • Call newly hired caregivers for 2 weeks after onboarding • Call new clients during their first 2 weeks of services • Document follow-up notes and highlight concerns to management • Support strong communication and retention Internal Office Support • Draft small reminders or announcements for internal use • Assist with document organization and basic office tasks • Help prepare onboarding packets and communication materials • Provide light support to the administrative team Crofton Office Opening Duties (Starting February) • Arrive at 7:30 AM to open the office for Day Hab • Ensure the building is opened, lights on, space ready • Transition to daily tasks after opening responsibilities What We’re Looking For • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Friendly phone presence and strong communication skills • Basic computer skills (Word, email, social media) • Comfortable talking with clients and caregivers • Organized and able to follow instructions • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Can travel between Catonsville and Crofton as needed Experience in marketing, admin support, or customer service is helpful but not required.
