Fulfilling America’s Promise (www.makecongressworkagain.org) is a nonprofit promoting a new bipartisan approach to solving Congress’s most persistent national challenges. We are seeking a Political Outreach & PR Project Lead for a 1-month remote project (possible extension) to run a nationwide outreach campaign targeting state party leaders, congressional candidates, and voters ahead of the 2026 elections. About the Initiative Congress struggles to act on complex national issues, including: • Comprehensive immigration reform • Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid reform • Comprehensive health-care reform • Federal election reform (primaries, redistricting, anti-fraud) • Sensible gun regulation These issues stall not due to lack of awareness, but because of political tradeoffs and risk for Members. Fulfilling America’s Promise supports a bipartisan, commission-based approach to help Congress act deliberately and responsibly. Commission-Based Approach: • Congress selects 1–2 priority issues per session • Bipartisan commissions (Members + experts) study, gather input, and develop recommendations • Commission recommendations receive fast-track floor consideration, while Members retain the right to amend Benefits of Commissions: • Sustained attention on complex issues • Constructive bipartisan collaboration • Political cover for compromise • Transparent public record of deliberation Role – Project Lead Duration: 1 Month (Remote) – Possible Extension Responsibilities: • Engage state party chairs, congressional candidates, and civic groups • Communicate our bipartisan process to voters • Track engagement and report outcomes • Coordinate any supporting PR or communications contractors Qualifications: • Experience in political campaigns, PR, or nonprofit advocacy • Knowledge of state party structures and candidate networks • Strong communication, networking, and project management skills • Comfortable working independently under a tight timeline and limited budget Compensation: Competitive, project-based, remote How to Apply: Submit a brief proposal or cover letter, your resume/portfolio, and your estimated project budget or hourly rate to: makecongressworkagain@gmail.com Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
